After paying the standard fare, it is possible to pass through the toll station once.

Annual passes are linked to the vehicle registration number and are valid for one year from the date of issue. During the period of validity, the annual pass may be transferred once to another vehicle registration number in the same category. A processing fee of €10 is payable when transferring the annual pass or issuing a new one due to loss of the annual pass. The registration certificate must be presented when the pass is issued.

Applicable to the vehicle registration number, persons with a permanent severe walking disability who are in possession of a new EU-compliant disabled parking permit with a photograph (original colour blue) or who still have a permit in accordance with Section 29b of the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) and use a Category 1B motor vehicle that is classified as suitable for disabled use (disabled vehicle or at least restriction of driving authority to the operation of a vehicle without a clutch pedal) are exempt from the parking fee. 1B passenger car that is classified as suitable for disabled use (disabled vehicle or at least restriction of driving licence to the operation of a vehicle without a clutch pedal (automatic transmission)), upon application. However, this is subject to proof of the relevant licence, proof of the relevant classification of the motor vehicle and a valid driving licence with the relevant restriction. This disabled annual pass is non-transferable and is only valid for use on the P1 Felbertauernstraße. The beneficiary must be present in the motor vehicle as the registered owner of the motor vehicle when passing through the toll station, but does not have to drive the vehicle themselves. PLEASE NOTE: The annual pass is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, after which a new application must be submitted together with the required documents; there is no automatic renewal! Annual passes for disabled persons cannot be transferred. No replacement will be provided for lost cards and purchased cards will not be taken back. There will also be no extension. However, this is subject to proof of the relevant ID, proof of the relevant classification of the motor vehicle and a valid driving licence with the relevant restriction. The annual pass for disabled persons is now only available upon written application, without exception. The form below must be used to apply and must be submitted to the management of Felbertauernstraße AG in Lienz in good time (at least 14 days) before the planned purchase of the pass. Written confirmation will then be sent if all application requirements are met. Only after this confirmation has been submitted at the Felbertauernstraße toll booth can the heavily discounted ‘annual pass for disabled persons’ be issued for €13.50.

Application for the issue of an annual toll card for people with walking disabilities in accordance with § 29b StVO

A discounted 2-trip ticket is available at the approximately 450 ADAC offices. ADAC members also use this visit to stock up on maps, travel guides and holiday tips. At the Felbertauernstraße toll booth – directly at the 5.3 km long Felbertauern Tunnel – you will be greeted by friendly staff. After presenting your ADAC advance ticket, the toll collector will scan your ticket. You can redeem the second journey at a different time; your ticket will also be scanned electronically during this second passage. Please note, however, that each vehicle requires its own ADAC advance ticket. You no longer need to worry about change or choosing a ticket. With the ADAC advance ticket, you're always on the right track! With the ADAC advance ticket, you save time and money. The unique nature of the Hohe Tauern National Park is included free of charge. Tip: This ADAC service is also available to non-members!

Felbertauenstraße AG, in cooperation with Großglockner Hochalpenstraßen AG, offers a round-trip ticket valid for 30 days during the summer (May to October). This round-trip ticket allows you to use the Felbertauernstraße and the Großglockner High Alpine Road once each within the period of validity. Special price for electric cars (no hybrid vehicles) of €46.50. The round-trip ticket is available for purchase at the ticket offices of Felbertauernstraße AG and Großglocknerhochalpenstraße AG.

Frequent travellers with motor vehicles in categories 2, 3 and 4 can purchase discount cards for lorries and buses in three graduated value units. The corresponding volume discounts are 15% for the smallest, 25% for the medium and 35% for the largest value unit. Each time the toll station is passed through, the standard rate assigned to the category is debited. The discount card for lorries and buses in categories 2, 3 and 4 is linked to the purchasing company and can therefore be passed on within the company's fleet. This discount card for lorries and buses is also accepted for motor vehicles in category 1C. Discount cards for trucks and buses are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. No replacement will be provided for lost cards, purchased cards will not be taken back, remaining credit will not be refunded, and the validity of the discount card for trucks and buses will not be extended. Discount cards for trucks and buses are issued in the middle sales unit of 3 and in the largest sales unit of 5 individual cards. Validity: 1 year from date of issue, company-specific, valid for all truck and bus categories.
